The purpose of the Finance for Non-Financial Managers course is to provide non-financial managers with the essential financial skills to understand and influence the financial performance of their business. The course is a practical application of key concepts, with functional exercises that can be done on Excel or manually. This course will expand your applied knowledge of finance. Often non-financial managers are required to contribute to decisions that will have a financial impact.
